How long does membership last?
12 months from the day your payment is confirmed. We remind you on WhatsApp a month before it ends, with a link to renew.
How does early access to the season-end sales work?
48 hours before a season-end markdown sale opens to everyone, we message you on WhatsApp and the sale opens on your account. Pieces are limited, so the first 48 hours are when the full selection is available.
How do I use my welcome credit?
You receive two codes of ₹2,000. Use one per order, on orders over ₹20,000, within your membership year.
When is my store credit added, and how long does it last?
Your 3% is added once the 48-hour claim window after delivery has passed. Store credit can be used on modishus.in for 90 days. It has no cash value and can't be transferred.
Is Source on Demand guaranteed?
We'll always search and tell you whether we can find the piece and at what price. You decide whether to buy, with no obligation either way.
How do I get my birthday credit?
Add your birthday to your account before your birthday month begins. Your ₹2,500 credit can be used on an order over ₹25,000 placed during that month.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes, at any time. The membership fee is not refunded. See our Terms of Service.
