Modish India Private Limited ("Modishus", "we", "us") operates modishus.in. If something has gone wrong with your order, our products or our service, we want to put it right. This page explains how to raise a complaint, in line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

2. Grievance Officer

3. What to include

Your name and the email or mobile number on your order
Your order number and, where relevant, certificate number
What went wrong, and what you would like us to do
Any photos, videos or documents that help us understand the issue

4. Our timelines

Acknowledgement: within 48 hours of receiving your complaint, with a reference number.
Resolution: within one month of receiving your complaint. We keep you updated if we need more information from you.

5. If you are not satisfied

If you are not satisfied with our resolution, you can:

contact the National Consumer Helpline on 1915 or at consumerhelpline.gov.in;
file a complaint with the appropriate Consumer Commission, including online at e-daakhil.nic.in; or
for complaints about your personal data, approach the Data Protection Board of India.
