Your certificate

One piece, one certificate

Each certificate belongs to one piece only. It shows:

  • its unique certificate number
  • the designer, item, style code, colour and size
  • a photo of your actual piece, taken at our hub
  • the serial or date code, partly hidden, where the designer uses one
  • the date it was issued, and who inspected and reviewed it

It never shows your name, your order number or the price you paid. If the piece in front of you doesn't match the photo on its certificate, contact us.

If a piece you bought from us is ever found not to be authentic, we pay you four times the price you paid for it. To claim, contact us with your order number and certificate number. The piece must come back to us with its Modish tamper tag attached.

Keep the tag on

Leave the tamper tag attached until you're sure the piece is right. Claims can't be accepted once it has been removed.

Film your unboxing

A continuous video from sealed parcel to piece in hand lets us settle any claim fastest.

Report within 48 hours
